Biggest breast + Background, Skin and Bra that fit each other. I don't remember now which combination gives the most points, but the logic was that the less often this combination occurs, the higher the multiplier the player gets. I think zombie/hentai/shehulk combinations give quite a lot. The biggest multiplier is 10.

Just so you know from size 4 onwards there is a model bug on the right boob at the bottom of the chevage.
